Andrea Brown is a Human Resources Director at Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts. She oversees exchange visitors at three Pocono-area resorts: Cove Haven in Lakeville, Paradise Stream in Mount Pocono, and Pocono Palace in Marshalls Creek. Andrea’s participants come from Colombia, Mexico, Malaysia, China, and Jamaica, and worked in a variety of hospitality roles.
