On a recent winter’s day the IENA staff gathered to attend J-1 visa/Exchange Visitor program training courtesy of Scott, Summer Work Travel Program Director. By the end of the afternoon we were all well versed in J-1 SWT program regulations. Many of IENA’s staff have previous experience managing J-1 programs or hiring J-1 staff, but it’s always good for a refresher. We look forward to a successful summer 2018!
